We sent out nearly 300 personalised entry passes to our expected exhibitors yesterday – mostly by email but a few by post. We know many of you have received them successfully, but we are aware of a few issues.
If you have provided us with your email address and have not yet received your pass, can you first check your spam folder and if it is not in there, please let us know. It may be because we have an incorrect email address for you. If you have not provided us with your email address, your pass should be in the post. If you have not received it by the weekend please let us know.
We know in some case the Lions logo has not been reproduced on the pass. There is not much we can do to rectify this at this stage, but your pass will be accepted without the logo.
We are grateful to all our exhibitors for their interest in our show, all profits from which are distributed to charities supported by the Mersea Island Lions Club. We look forward to meeting you on the day.
