This year’s show is nearly upon us. We are expecting nearly 300 classic vehicles to be on display at our popular event from a 1926 Austin Chummyaustin-seven-chummy to an exotic 2014 Morgan Aero 8. One of our most popular sections is devoted to cars from the 60s and 70s which will include examples of many of Britain’s best loved sports cars from the period such as the Austin Healey 3000 marque, Triumph Spitfire, MGB, Aston Martin and Jaguar E-Type.
We also have sections devoted to

motorcycles, military vehicles, commercial vehicles and American cars especially from the 50s and 60s. If you are interested in classic vehicles there will be plenty to capture your attention. Check out our exhibitors lists for a complete list of vehicles expected to be on show.

Not just a car show…

CV14 PICTURES FROM JUNE - 12AUG14 043The car show is also part of the Mersea Island Club Lions Summer Show in association with the annual Mersea Island Carnival. There will be live performing arts on stage starring Rich Clifford and the Young Once, Barry and John, Chessie Bizzie Lizzie and the Blues Band…and much more all day. Also a Fun Dog Show, Craft Tent, food and drink including real ale.

  • Fund-raising to help the less fortunate within the community and further afield,and
  • Have fun and fellowship whilst doing it
